At Kaduthota Organics, we are dedicated to delivering our pure, wholesome, and ethically harvested organic products directly from the farms to your doorstep in their freshest, most authentic state.

1. Processing & Dispatch Timeline

  • ✔Standard Orders: Every order is carefully packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays).
  • ✔Fresh / Seasonal Harvests: Certain seasonal or made-to-order organic items may take up to 3 business days to ensure peak freshness prior to dispatch.
  • ✔Bulk Orders: Orders containing large volumes or wholesale quantities are processed under special handling schedules, which our support team will communicate directly.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched from our facility, the average transit timelines are as follows:

Rest of India (Tier 2 & 3 Cities) 4 – 6 Business Days
Remote / North-East / Island Areas 6 – 8 Business Days

*Note: Extreme weather conditions, natural delays, regional strikes, or festival rushes might occasionally extend these estimates.

3. Shipping Charges

  • ✔Free Shipping: We offer free standard delivery across India on prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • ✔Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹999, a nominal flat shipping fee (calculated at checkout based on location & weight) will be applied.
  • ✔Cash on Delivery (COD): If COD is available for your pincode, an additional convenience fee charged by courier partners may be applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking Details

As soon as your package leaves our facility:

  • ✔You will receive an automated shipping notification via Email & SMS/WhatsApp containing your live Tracking ID and courier tracking link.
  • ✔Tracking links usually take up to 12 hours after pickup to reflect the initial scanning status on the carrier portal.

5. Eco-Friendly & Safe Packaging

We take pride in using safe, multi-layered protective packaging for our organic products, especially glass jars and bottles, ensuring zero spillage or breakage during transit.

Important: Check Upon Delivery If you notice that the outer parcel tape is tampered with or the carton is severely damaged/crushed at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and take a clear photograph. Notify our support team immediately.

6. Address Accuracy & Re-shipping

  • ✔Please verify your complete shipping address, landmark, PIN code, and active phone number before placing an order.
  • ✔Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the parcel returns to us due to an incorrect address, non-reachable phone number, or doorstep refusal, actual return & re-shipping charges will apply to resend the order.
